Cooking Classes

Mannington’s is a local business offering extensive local knowledge, excellent value and beautiful food, professionally delivered.

Owned and operated by Jo Mannington, it is staffed by locals. Jo began her food career in Hahei, then studied nutrition, food marketing and management, recently becoming a Hospitality Educator. Her career has included industry roles and chef on board superyachts.

As a result, Mannington’s has the global perspective, excellent logistics, high standards and extensive local knowledge to make events flawless.

Her new project utilizes her educator training and experience to share her knowledge by hosting cooking classes.

“Cooking classes are a social way to polish skills and try new techniques and products,” she says. “I enjoy demystifying the alchemy of cooking, and witnessing students experiment and grow more confident and competent. I invite guest foodies to join us and supplement my expertise.”
